Peanut-Free After-School Snacks

Packing your children's lunch with a wholesome snack for school ensures they will get the right nutrients during the day. But what if your child has food allergies or is following a special diet? That adds a layer of complexity.

Sifter.shop can help you sort through hundreds of thousands of food labels to serve up a wider variety of wholesome flavorful products that match your child’s special needs. Let’s walk through how to find peanut-free snack foods that are limited in refined and processed ingredients.

Step 1: Log into Sifter.shop to create a MyDiet Profile and label it Peanut Free Snacks

Step 2: After you click on Create Profile, select Peanuts - None under Allergens & Concerns

Step 3: Select Start Sifting

Step 4: Select Aisles, then scroll down to select Snacks & Candy

Step 5: There you will find 12 major categories – crackers, cookies, nutrition bars, etc. – from which to choose peanut-free snacks that are safe for your kids

For my search, I selected Granola & Nutrition Bars, then Granola & Trail Mix Bars. Below you'll find some of my favorite, kid-friendly, peanut-free granola bars. Sifter makes it easy and fun to have so many safe, delicious options.
